The channel on Jalan Inspeksi Kali Ciliwung, RT 11/01, Bidara Cina Urban Village, is being revitalized, and the progress has reached 70 percent.

"The previous channel was small, so we extended it to 48 meters using a 40-centimeter U-ditch," said Jatinegara Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Executing Unit Head, Robi Triawan, Monday (9/8).

He explained, the work has been underway since August 19, 2025, and involves six personnel.

The work received appreciation from one of the residents, Ruslan (41).

"Hopefully, it can minimize flooding when it rains," he hoped.
