Hospital's Director , Dyah Eko Judihartanti said innovation is run by implementing Smart Emergency Service SOS (SMART Our Services) to the ranks of health service leaders throughout East Jakarta.
"This innovation is designed to ease the patient referral process from primary healthcare facilities (FKTP) quickly, securely, and integrated with JakConnected. This can shorten the response time for emergency room (ER) patient referrals," she said, Monday (9/1).
Dyah explained that the Smart Emergency Service SOS speeds up patient referral process from primary health care facilities (FKTP) such as community health centers (Puskesmas) and clinics transparently and efficiently.
"Budhi Asih Regional Hospital provides the best service based on digital innovation, which results in a response time of less than 30 minutes for the RSUD in providing answers to referral requests received on JakConnected," she explained.
She added that the system would also make it easier for officers to transfer referral data to consulting doctors.
"Doctors can also easily provide direct and accurate answers via JakConnected," she stated.
