The East Jakarta Water Resources Sub-agency (SDA) repairs the collapsed retaining wall on Jalan Tanah Merdeka X, RT 14/06, Rambutan Urban Village, Ciracas Sub-district.

East Jakarta SDA Sub-agency's Maintenance Section Head, Puryanto said, the retaining wall was collapsed due to landslide on Thursday (8/21).

"15 personnel are deployed to repair the retaining wall at the location," he expressed, Wednesday (8/27).

He explained, the handling has been ongoing since August 24, 2025, starting with the initial stage of installing dolken piles and will be continued with the use of gabions.

"This is targeted for completion in two weeks and the progress has touched 50 percent," he explained.

The repair received appreciation from RT 14/06 Chairman, Rambutan Urban Village, Komarulloh.

"Hopefully it will be completed quickly to prevent secondary landslides, considering the residents' homes are close to the site of the incident," he hoped.
