Residents of RT 11, 12, 13 and 14 of RW 03 Bendungan Hilir Urban Village, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, collaborated to enliven the 80th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence Day.

Head of RT 13/03, Benhil Urban Village, Pria Andisetia Warman, said his side held the competitions today since many of local children participated in the ceremony yesterday.

"Various competitions are held at Basketball court on Jalan Danau Singkarak RT 11," he said, Monday (8/18).

Andi admitted that residents were enthusiast to participate the competitions.

"This activity surely will tighten our bond," he added.

According to him, residents participated various competitions such as eating crackers, carrying marbels, playing football by wearing sarong, eating bananas, and so on.

"We held a fun walk in the morning before starting the competitions," he explained.
