Hopefully this will be helpful and useful
The handed over was symbolically held at City Hall, Friday (8/8).
"That is the priority in my leadership era besides the Jakarta Pintar Card, the Jakarta Mahasiswa Unggul Card, diploma amnesty, and the Lansia, Anak Jakarta and Disabilitas Cards," Pramono said.
These new social assistance recipients will receive cash assistance of Rp 300,000 per person per month. The total number of beneficiaries will be 213,366 by 2025 with the addition of these new recipients in these three categories.
In addition to cash assistance, they also received free public transportation, such as Transjakarta and the MRT. Pramono encouraged residents to take advantage of these facilities to improve mobility in Jakarta.
"Hopefully this will be helpful and useful," he added.
Pramono also appealed to social assistance recipients not to use the aid funds for online gambling or judol.
"Don't use it for gambling. There is no benefit, there is only loss for all of you. So once again, don't use it for gambling," he reminded.
