Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung is planned to open the Flora and Flauna (Flona) exhibition at Lapangan Banteng, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (8/5).

This national-scale exhibition will feature various activities related to flora and fauna, environmental conservation, and showcase superior products from cooperatives, MSMEs, and companies from Jakarta and various regions in Indonesia.
"The exhibition will be opened together with Jakarta Governor on August 5," said Fajar Sauri, Head of Jakarta City Park and Forestry, Friday (8/1).
The exhibition will feature various booths representing the five administrative cities and the Seribu Islands Regency. In addition to exhibiting, participants will also sell a variety of ornamental plants and animals.
According to him, this exhibition is also part of an effort to introduce the potential of Jakarta's flora and fauna to the global level as a world city.
"We want acknowledge Jakarta into a global city," he added.
The Flona Exhibition is open to the public and is an annual event eagerly awaited by plant and pet enthusiasts. Fajar explained that businesses and communities proactively participate each year.
"Many business actors and communities actively registered and took part in this activity," he continued.
