The Jakarta Provincial Government through Youth and Sports Agency (Dispora) will provide Continuous Achievement Sports Coaching (POPB) facilities for Jakarta U-12 Students Football Team, which has won the U-12 Dana Cup in Denmark.

"...besides studying, they can also concentrate on football training,"

This was conveyed by Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung, during the audience with Jakarta U-12 Student Football Team at Balairung, Jakarta City hall, on Thursday (7/31).

"Therefore, the government will provide a monthly allowance to our children so they can stay focused; besides studying, they can also concentrate on football training," said Pramono.

On this occasion, Pramono expressed his pride and gratitude to the Jakarta U-12 Student Football Team for their victory at the 2025 Dana Cup held in Hjørring, Denmark.

"This morning, with joy and pride, I welcome the Jakarta U-12 Student Football Team representing Indonesia at the U-12 tournament in Denmark," he stated.

According to him, this competition is a prestigious championship that often produces world football stars. The team's participation is fully supported by Bank Jakarta and Jakarta Dispora.

The Jakarta U-12 Student Football Team scored a total 55 goals in 8 matches and maintained a clean sheet.

"This is indeed a prestigious championship and I truly didn't expect that the Jakarta U-12 team would become champions," he added.

Head of Jakarta Dispora, Andri Yansyah explained that they get POPB facilities as a form of appreciation from the Jakarta Provincial Government to the players for making Indonesia proud on the international stage.

"God willing, next year they can register as POPB athletes and we will provide facilities because they have shown achievements. They can automatically become POPB athletes," he mentioned.
