The Jakarta Provincial Government confirmed that the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) Operational Support Workers Housing (HPPO) is ready for occupancy. Residents of Kampung Bayam are scheduled to begin to occupy the housing in the next few days.

North Jakarta Mayor, Hendra Hidayat, said his rank began socializing the information about rental contracts to Kampung Bayam residents today. This will be followed up with the contract signing process.
"We will invite residents of Kampung Bayam to participate in a rental contract socialization, as well as a contract signing and key handover," he said, Tuesday (9/27).
Hendra added that this activity follows up on the Jakarta Provincial Government's commitment in ensuring that the relocation process of former Kampung Bayam residents runs transparently, orderly, and participatory.
This step is also a continuation of the joint agreement between the Jakarta Provincial Government, PT Jakpro, and residents' representatives which was previously facilitated by the North Jakarta City Administration Government.
Hendra added that the Jakarta Provincial Government continues to accelerate the utilization of Kampung Susun Bayam as a decent and affordable housing for residents, while maintaining the principle of social justice in every relocation process and housing provision.
"Jakpro has prepared the statement and contract letters," he added.
Director of PT Jakpro, Iwan Takwin, explained his side has also built supporting facilities for residents' economic activities, namely for urban farming, such as planting land and fish ponds.
"In addition to covering the electricity bill from June 2024 to May 2025 amounting to Rp 540 million, we have also spent Rp 440.8 million to prepare urban farming which will later be used by residents," he explained.
