West Jakarta Satpol PP conducted socialization of public order during school introduction period at SMAN 96 Jakarta, Jalan Jati Raya, Cengkareng Timur Urban Village, Cengkareng District.

West Jakarta Satpol PP, Agus Irwanto said new students were educated about regional regulations, the duties and functions of Satpol PP, as well as a culture of order and legal awareness among students.

"We also provided core socialization regarding the prevention of juvenile delinquency, including brawls, bullying, and drugs ," he said, Wednesday (7/16).

Agus explained this activity aims to invite students to become partners of Satpol PP in socializing Regional Regulation Number 8/2007 about Public Order and changing the negative stigma towards Satpol PP.

"We need support and synergy from all parties, including schools, in order to help socialize the importance of living in an orderly manner and obeying regional regulations," he explained.

Meanwhile, one of the students, Rasya Rizky admitted interested to attend the socialization to gain an understanding of the rules that have not been understood so far.

"Now I know their duties. They educated us about what we should do if there is negative things out there," she admitted.
