A total of 36 superior Family Income Improvement Business (UP2K) products from the urban village TP PKK management in Central Jakarta underwent curation on Monday (7/14) in the multi-purpose room of the local mayor's office.

Central Jakarta TP PKK Chairwoman, Witri Yenny Arifin said the curation was run by Jakarta Pokja II Team led by Chaiwoman of Division II of Education and Family Economy, Dwi Marjoko.

"Today's curation was run as an effort to improve their products quality ," said Witri.

Witri added that those 36 products were 28 culinary and eight craft.

She hopes Jakarta Pokja II TP PKK Team eill be able to give assessment as an improvement for the products.

Meanwhile, Dwi Marjoko explained curation included the legality, quality and characteristics of the products produced and attractive packaging.

He is optimistic that the superior products of the PKK TP that have gone through the curation stage will have a higher selling value and be able to enter the marketplace, because they have standards or quality that keep up with current developments.

"We work to facilitate MSMEs and UP2K PKK actors in implementing activities to boost the family economy through bazaars, integrated entrepreneurship and curation," he admitted.
