Joint personnel handled broken plaster on Jalan Jati Padang III, Jati Padang Urban Village, Pasar Minggu District, South Jakarta.
The overflow of Mampang River made the plaster wall collapsed
Jati Padang Urban Village's Economy and Development Section Head, Yandi Trisandi said the high rainfall and flood broke the plaster on Sunday (7/6).
"The overflow of Mampang River made the plaster wall collapsed and blocked the water flow," he said, Wednesday (7/9).
He added that 30 joint personnel of Jati Padang PPSU, South Jakarta Water Resources Sub-agency and Bina Marga Sub-agency were deployed to handle the broken plaster.
"We can not use heavy equipment due to the access limitation. The handle is run manually," he added.
He hopes this temporary handle can be completed this afternoon.
Meanwhile, one of local residents, Muhidin hopes the handling can run smoothly to allow the water to flow.
"We appreciate the personnel for handling the broken plaster," he admitted.
