Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung reviewed a bazaar activity held to celebrate Jakarta's 498 Anniversary, at City Hall, Friday (6/20). The bazaar was held by three BUMDs namely Perumda Pasar Jaya, PT Food Station Tjipinang, and Perumda Dharma Jaya.
The initial package price is Rp 150,000
Each BUMD prepared 1,000 cheap packages. Residents bought Rp 100,000 per package.
"The initial package price is Rp 150,000, but it is sold Rp 100,000," Pramono said, Friday (6/20).
According to him, the package price is quite affordable, considering that the food products are directly provided by each producer.
Pramono added that the bazaar is held to celebrate Jakarta's 498 Anniversary, as well as assist the residents.
"I also appeal the packages are also distributed to other residents who need it," Pramono added.
Pramono hoped this activity can give benefits for community, especially stabilize the price and manage the food inflation in Jakarta.
The activity was not only providing basic necessities at affordable prices, but also presented MSME tenants involving fostered market traders and the Jakarta Provincial Government's Dekranasda.
The event was also enlivened by various Betawi cultural arts performances as a form of preserving local culture. In addition, this activity was also an event to strengthen the involvement of local UMKM entrepreneurs and traders.
