Residents of Panggang Island Urban Village, Seribu Utara Island District attendee the free job training Refrigeration Engineering vocational held by Seribu Island Manpower and Transmigration Sub-agency.

One of the participants, Mufasil (27), said the training is useful for him to open business or get a job.

"I'm happy to attend the training. Thanks to the sub-agency for providing this," he said, Tuesday (6/17).

He promised to participate the training seriously for better application.

"My plan is opening AC home service right after participating the training," he added.

Acting Seribu Island Manpower and Transmigration Sub-agency Head, Togas Braini, explained the training is held on June 16-July 16, 2025 at RPTRA Tanjong Timor.

"There are 10 participants. Training participants are students who have just completed their education and other residents who do not yet have jobs," he explained.

Participants are given with materials ranging from the introduction of electrical components, installation to cleaning the cooling machine. Later on, they will also be trained to dismantle the Air Conditioner (AC) cooling machine.

"They will take a competency test to get a training certificate and a competency certificate from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) at the end of training. Hopefully they will get a job easily," he hoped.
