Jakarta Diskominfotik Head, Budi Awaluddin, expressed appreciation for the trust and synergy built between the Jakarta and Lampung Governments in delivering this digital-based public service innovation.

"Alhamdulillah, today we are witnessing a real form of collaboration between Jakarta and Lampung through the development of Lampung-in application, which is an adaptation of Jakarta's experience through JAKI platform," he said, as quoted from the Jakarta Provincial Government Press Release, on Sunday (6/15).

He believes that with strong commitment and synergy, the application can be an important tool in improving the quality of public services in Lampung.

The launch of Lampung-in application was enthusiastically welcomed by the attending residents. This indicates high expectations for the ease of digital-based public services offered by the application.

Jakarta Diskominfotik and Jakarta Smart City will also provide technical assistance to the managers of Lampung-in, both during the trial phase and its implementation. The assistance includes operational guidance, system management, and handling technical issues in the field.

Jakarta Government is committed to ensure Lampung-in operates optimally and brings real benefits to Lampung residents.

"The success of this application is also expected to be a momentum for the birth of further innovations to support digitalization efforts in Lampung Province," he conveyed.

This interregional government collaboration, he added, is a concrete example of accelerating digital transformation in Indonesia through cooperation, experience sharing, and cross-regional assistance.

As one of the gateway provinces to Sumatra Island, Lampung is considered to have great potential to become a driving force of digital transformation in western Indonesia. This collaboration is expected to open broader opportunities for digital innovation development in the future.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Smart City Acting Head, Koharudin, also reaffirmed JSC's commitments to supporting the development of smart city ecosystems across regions. According to him, JSC will always be open to sharing experience, knowledge, and technology in advancing smart cities in various areas.

"We hope the Lampung-in app can be a positive first step in promoting public service innovations based on data and technology that are adaptive, efficient, and in line with public needs," he said.

Koharudin mentioned that the launch of Lampung-in is part of a shared commitment to strengthen interregional synergy and promote public services that are integrated, efficient, and responsive to technological developments.
