PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (PT JIEP) has received the ‘Best Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance (Sapphire)’ award in the Real Estate sector at the Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards 2025 organized by HukumOnline.

This award was given in recognition of the compliance of the management and developers of the first industrial estate in Indonesia with regulations in running the company's operations.

The award was received directly by PT JIEP President Director, Satrio Witjaksono. On this occasion, Satrio expressed his gratitude to all stakeholders of PT JIEP, including shareholders, the board of commissioners, the board of directors, and all employees who have committed to ensuring legal compliance in every aspect of company's operation.

"This award represents our achievement in maintaining and enhancing compliance with applicable regulations, as well as our efforts to create a safe, transparent business environment that adheres to high ethical standards," he said, on Wednesday (5/14).

According to him, as the Manager and Developer of the Pulogadung Industrial Estate, PT JIEP continues to innovate to ensure high quality and regulatory compliance standards.

“The award we received not only strengthens the company’s commitment to integrity and legal compliance but also encourages us to continue making a positive contribution to the Indonesian economy and the surrounding community of the Pulogadung Industrial Estate,” he added.

He explained, integrated approach implemented by PT JIEP to enhance regulatory compliance includes the application of advanced technology and strict internal control systems.

These innovations includes the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS), Legal Document Management System (LDMS), and Whistle Blowing System (WBS), to ensure all company's elements operate with high integrity and comply with both national and regional regulations.
