PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) collaborates with Gerakan Nasional Pemuda Betawi (Genab) to involve young artists of junior and senior high school as well as students with special needs to paint Transjakarta bus body.

Transjakarta Public Relation and CSR Department Head, Ayu Wardhani said this activity is a forum and symbol of appreciation for talented students, as well as being an interesting new experience for them.

"They are the winner of 'Kota Jakarta' painting competition. The work of this young artist brings Ramadan atmosphere with the theme 'Towards Five Centuries of Jakarta' which represents Jakarta's journey as the capital city from time to time ," she said, Thursday (3/20).

She explained the painted bus was a high deck type with the code TJ-408. It operates on the Transjakarta service route, carrying the message of Jakarta's history and pride to all city corners.

"Transjakarta acts as a platform and lifestyle through meaningful artwork that can be seen by more people, especially road users," she stated.
