The Jakarta Social Agency (Dinsos) launched the Mobile Geospatial Data Collection and Information System for a Prosperous Society (SiPending Emas) at Jakarta Islamic Center (JIC), Jakarta Islamic Development Center, Tugu Utara, Koja, North Jakarta, Monday (11/18).
It is a manifestation of the Dinsos' joint commitment to integrating, collecting data, and utilizing Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) and recipients of social assistance optimally and sustainably on a geospatial basis.
Jakarta Dinsos Head, Premi Lasari stated that SiPending Emas is an application that can improve data accuracy by updating and integrating DTKS, social assistance recipient data with geospatial technology to minimize errors and duplication in the distribution of social assistance.
According to him, it was developed as a form of cross-sector collaboration by improving coordination through an integrated information system between Dinsos, Investment and One-Stop Integrated Agency, and Public Works, Land and Spatial Planning.
He hoped that it could improve integration, utilization of DTKS, and also recipients of social assistance presented on the Jakarta Satu Portal. Thus far, poverty data from DTKS and Targeting for Acceleration of Extreme Poverty Eradication (P3KE) have not been fully integrated with the Jakarta Satu spatial map.
"By so, we can map in detail the location of aid recipients such as the Jakarta Elderly Card (KLJ) at the RT/RW level through the portal: jakartasatu.jakarta.go.id. This data helps collaborators and the community to know the areas with the most social assistance recipients," he explained.
Through Jakarta Satu portal, the geospatial-based DTKS is expected to be optimally used by regional apparatus, the business world, and residents in dealing with poverty.
To support it, SiPending Emas Mobile is operated to carry out verification and validation of DTKS data and social assistance recipients that will be used by Pendamsos officers via smartphones supported by data elements in regional-specific variables and applicable provisions.
"Hope the distribution of social assistance becomes more transparent, integrated, and sustainable," he hoped.
Here are the advantages and benefits of SiPending Emas Mobile:
• Spatial Data Integration All social assistance recipient data can now be accessed transparently through the interactive map of Jakarta Satu
• Data Validation and Verification Ensure that aid recipients truly meet needs, reducing the risk of duplicate data or invalid recipients
• Complaint Information System Citizens can submit complaints or input regarding social assistance via siladu.jakarta.go.id, which is connected to SiPending Emas
• Development of 3D Technology In the future, aid recipient houses will be visualized in 3D maps to ensure accuracy of needs
As for the information, along with the launch, Technical Guidance was also held for Data Collection Officers and Social Companions.
