West Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency deploys 12 personnel to assist arranging the traffic on Jalan Kembangan Selatan, Kembangan.

West Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency's Operation Section Head, Afandi Novrisal, said personnel are standby to anticipate traffic jam due to PLN's cabling project from October 20 to November 20, 2024.

"Jalan Kembangan Selatan as one of roads access from or to Tangerang Selatan is always full during rush hour in the morning and in the evening," he said, Sunday (11/3).

According to him, the personnel are standby on two shifts by four personnel each. First shift is 6:30 to 9:00 AM and second shift is 3:30 to 8:00 PM.

"Our personnel are also assisted by police personnel of West Jakarta Resort Police and Citra Bhayangkara," he added.

He hopes the traffic will remain smooth with the existence of personnel on the road.

"We also appeal road users to find alternative routes," he stated.
