Jakarta City Council (DPRD)'s Commission B delivered its thought related to Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) program implementation administration system.

Jakarta City Council's Commission B Chairman, Ismail, said the improvement is needed to avoid findings in the Audit Result Report (LHP) of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK).

"A good system needs to be created so that BUMD is able to resolve the findings of the BPK's LHP. The council found administrative problems," he said, Wednesday (7/31).

Ismail added that Jakarta BUMD must solve clearly related to BPK's LHP findings related to administration.

For this reason, it is necessary to build a good administration system so that it does not become a yearly problem.

"We can be more advanced in completing the programs that are jointly determined in each budget year," he added.

Ismail also appealed an improvement of budget absorption sourced from Regional Capital Participation (PMD) will be better in the future.

Ismail also encouraged the executive to supervise the use of PMD in BUMD as agreed with the DPRD.

"Supervision is carried out by the bureau or agency so that BUMD as the program implementer is able to absorb PMD according to the agreed budget year," he stated.
