Five firetrucks with 16 personnel of Central Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency has extinguished fire that burned one bus and Campus F Trisakti facade, Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani, Cempaka Putih.

Central Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency Head, Asril Rizal, admitted the fire was fully extinguished at 12:36 PM or 96 minutes after the beginning of incident at 11:41 AM.

"The fire was caused by short circuit electricity on the bus," he said.

Central Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency's Fire Handling and Rescue Section Head, Ahmad Syaiful, explained the fire came from a bus parked in front of Campus F Trisakti building.

"The information was reported by community through command centre," he stated.

He added that there is no victim caused by the incident.

"The fire was fully extinguished at 12:36 PM," he conclude d.
