Jakarta Library and Archive Agency is about to add 5,000 digital books (iJakarta) this year.

Those digital books consist of fiction and non-fiction including self-development, literature, novels, poetry and other general collections.
Agency Head, Firmansyah, said the digital books consist of new titles published in the last few years and have never been available in iJakarta.
"This year's procurement is 5,000 books. We try to add book every year not only digital but also physic," he said, Monday (2/5).
Firmansyah added that the addition of digital books this year was through a selection process from librarians and based on suggestions and requests from library users.
"The new books can be accessed via iJakarta in the next three months. Now we already have more than 100,000 copies," he stated.
