Central Jakarta Library and Archive Sub-agency is about to hold reading and library literacy next week, Wednesday (1/31) at SDN Gunung Sahari Utara 01, Sawah Besar.

Sub-agency Head, Irwan Septinadi, said this activity aims to encourage the creation of a conducive environment for the growth and development of children's interest in reading, so that they have better insight and reading skills.

"This is also important to develop children's character into strong, persistent and empathetic individuals," he said, Friday (1/26).

He added that the program must be held massively and continuously. That is why it needs cooperation with all side.

Sub-agency's Library Section Head, Noor Muchyadi, stated the program will be enlivened with library experience, mobile library up to talkshow. It will be started from 8 AM.

"There will be also games for students," he said.
