Some 60 joint personnel are seen arranging a 500-square-wide land under the flyover on Jalan Boulevard Timur, RW 02 Pegangsaan Dua Urban Village, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

Those joint personnel are from Bina Marga Task Force, Satpol PP, Transportation, and PPSU.

Pegangsaan Dua Urban Village Head, Vera Fitria said the land was previously used as a parking lot and illegal waste disposal.

"The condition is messy and looks rundown. It's not only illegal parking, but also chicken coop and waste disposal," she said, Wednesday (7/30).

She explained her party had gradually conducted outreach and education for locals not to litter and not use the land as illegal parking lots. Then is continued to transform it into a park.

"This is targeted to be completed by September 2023," he stated.
