The Central Jakarta administration held cleanup action at sidewalks on Jalan Asia Afrika, RT 02/01, Gelora, Tanah Abang.

Gelora Urban Village Head, Nurul Huda said today's cleanup action involved 28 personnel of regional apparatus organization (OPD) and caretakers of Golf Court area.

"We coordinate cleaning the sidewalks on Jalan Asia Afrika," he said, Sunday (5/28).

Besides cleaning the sidewalks, they also pruned trees and arranged ornamental plants along 2.1 kilometers.

His party also deployed four units of trucks to transport garbage at the location.

"Hopefully, people can be more comfortable after the sidewalks are cleaned," he hoped.
