Hundreds of Jakarta Home-Bound Travelers Depart Pulo Gebang Bus Terminal

As many as 292 buses carrying 11,000 passengers from the free Eid homecoming program already had departed the Pulo Gebang Bus Terminal, Cakung, East Jakarta to their hometowns and villages, Wednesday (4/27).

Those travelers have passed the booster shot stage

The departure was released by Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan accompanied by City Secretary Marullah Matali; Transportation Agency (Dishub) Head Syafrin Liputo; East Jakarta Mayor Muhammad Anwar; and other related officials.

Transportation Sub-agency Head Syafrin Liputo stated those 292 buses would take the travelers to 17 cities and districts in five provinces. Among them, Bandar Lampung, Palembang, Malang, Kediri, Jombang, Kebumen, Yogyakarta, Madiun, Wonogiri, Wonosobo, Sragen, Cilacap, Solo, Purwokerto, Semarang, Pekalongan, and Tegal.

Previously, his party had dispatched trucks carrying homecoming motorbikes from the Pulo Gadung Terminal to Semarang, Kebumen, Solo, Jogja, Wonogiri, Jombang, and Malang.

"Those travelers have passed the booster shot stage," he expressed.

For the returning flow, travelers' motorbikes transportation will be slated on May 7 from five destination cities to Pulo Gadung Terminal. As for the passenger transportation was scheduled on May 8 to Pulo Gebang Terminal.

As for the information, the requirements for free homecoming and returning flow participants who brought motorbikes should show the original Jakarta ID card or family card and the vehicle document license (STNK).
