During PPKM Level 1, we conduct it offline

Training, Placement, Productivity and Transmigration Division Head, Rizal Effendi said, it aimed at improving skills, knowledge and business independence. It targeted to bring 20 participants from job seekers and novice entrepreneurs.

"During PPKM Level 1, we conduct it offline. But we only welcome about 20 people from eight sub-district thus they can be more maximal following it and can be practiced directly with the chef," he expressed.

He said, it took two days, precisely on November 24-25 with different menus. On the first day, every participant was taught how to make Quiche Lorraine and Pempek on the second day.

"We also present Central Jakarta TP PKK Chairwoman, Ucu Jamilah here. We're happy with this training where it can create new entrepreneurs who excel and are able to produce quality products that will ultimately improve the economy in Central Jakarta, including creating new jobs," she said.

In the future, he added, there would be other culinary training with different collaborators to always work together in advancing the community's economy, especially in Central Jakarta area.
