In order to ease the burden on people affected by COVID-19 pandemic, Jakarta Government through Social Agency has again distributed Non-Cash Social Assistance (BSNT) in form of rice. Jakarta Government will give BSNT to 1,007,379 beneficiary families (KPM). However, as many as 99,743 families of them couldn't be given assistance because there was a potential of duplication with non-cash social assistance recipi ents in form of rice assistance from Social Ministry. The Social Ministry is currently matching the data. Each families will receive 10 kilograms premium rice.
BSNT will be distributed to residents in five municipalities and Thousand Islands Regency with total 907,616 families

"We have by name by address (BNBA) data for KPM BSNT which today (7/28) has been submitted to providers, namely Pasar Jaya and Food Station, and later it will be distributed to RW levels. Next, RW will check again amount and condition of each packages, then sign Letter or Examination and Handover (BAPST) and distribute it to KPM according to BNBA," she explained as quoted from press release.
Prior to distribution, RT/RW officials have been informed about list of rice assistance recipients. Therefore, RT/RW administrators are expected to inform KPM who has changed their address to come pick up the rice assistance according to schedule and sign a receipt for receiving the assistance. If KPM is difficult to contact, RT/RW administrators can return it to Perumda Pasar Jaya or PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya.
