Kebon Jeruk Water Resources (SDA) Unit repaired collapsed retaining wall on Jl. J, RW 12, Kebon Jeruk Urban Village, Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. This repair work was targeted to finish until the next three weeks.
The damaged part is as long as 33.5 meters with channel's width 80 centimeters
Kebon Jeruk Sub-district SDA Unit Head, Suprapto stated, repair was carried out to follow up resident's report through CRM application.
"Its condition is already collapsed and its debris clogged the channel. In this channel, water flows to Pesanggrahan River," he explained, Friday (6/25).
In order to repair it, his side deployed 12 personnel from Kebon Jeruk Sub-district SDA Unit.
"The damaged part is as long as 33.5 meters with channel's width 80 centimeters," he conveyed.
With this repair, he hoped buildings above the channel can be safe and water can flow better.
"We hope it will not collapse again. We also expect water to flow well in this channel," he mentioned.
