Dozens of liquor bottles were confiscated by joint officers of Satpol PP, army and police from stalls and tourists in Tidung Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands Sub-district, Thousand Islands, on Wednesday (5/26).

"These liquor bottles will be destroyed soon. The operation is held to create a sense of safe and comfortable for people," stated Tidung Island Urban Village Head, Hafsah.

It was also aimed at monitoring the impementation of the Covid-19 health protocol at the location

"It is focused on pier homestays and tourist areas," he closed.
