Archivist Functional Officer Safrino Okman explained the service was conducted in stages in four locations, namely in Petamburan, Bendungan Hilir, Karet Tengsin and Kebon Melati urban villages.

He explained, they took family files to officers at the service site for documentation on Compact Disk or via e-mail. His side had cooperated with urban village, RT/RW caretaker and PKK cadre.
"Hopefully residents begin to get used to storing various documents, in order to anticipate fires and floods," he hoped.
