"Through four officers, we're distributing around 300 liters of water from the Sea Water Reverse Osmosis on Untung Jawa Island," expressed Thousand Islands SDA Sub-agency Head, Abdul Rouf, Thursday (3/4).
He explained the availability of clean water for washing hands is one of the efforts to make it easier for people to implement health protocols for curbing the transmission of COVID-19. Moreover, Untung Jawa Island is one of the tourist destinations for a residential island that is crowded by visitors every weekend.
"The availability of water in handwashing facilities will make it easier for us to implement health protocols, especially washing hands with soap," he stated.
