Through APKA program, people can borrow books by informing personnel in each urban village via WhatsApp. After that, book will be delivered directly to the borrower.

For IKRA, library will lend reading books to residents, then after a certain time books will be taken. Residents who read the book will be asked to provide summary of books they read.

"Five residents who give the best summary will get certificates," he conveyed.

During the pandemic, there was also a program to handle books in a proper way to avoid COVID-19 transmission. This way, people can feel more secure and comfortable to borrow books.

"We apply health protocols such as in handing over the books in plastic bags, the books received will be quarantined for five days before being arranged on the library bookshelves," he explained.
