West Jakarta Environment (LH) Sub-agency recorded 808 motor vehicles which consisting of 340 motorcycles and 468 cars have taken free emission test in early January.

West Jakarta LH Sub-agency Head, Slamet Riyadi conveyed, emission test was conducted according to Gubernatorial Regulation (Pergub) No. 66/2020 on Motor Vehicle Exhaust Emission Testing which aims to support Jakarta Langit Biru program.
"So far, we have conducted emission tests for five times in various locations, such as in front of CNI Office on Jl. Puri Indah Raya, Kembangan and West Jakarta LH Sub-agency Office's yard on Jl. Perdana, Grogol Petamburan on January 13-21, 2021," he explained, Friday (1/22).
From total 340 motorcycles that taken the emission test, 40 of them didn't pass the test. While for cars, there were 32 cars that didn't pass the test.
Motor vehicles that didn't pass the test were advised to get their vehicles serviced at brand-holder sole agent (ATPM).
"In the future we will carry out emission test routinely," he closed.
