We ensure that all health workers do not assume negative opinions

Central Jakarta Acting Mayor Irwandi said it would be held gradually every day until the end of this month.

"We ensure that all health workers do not assume negative opinions and are ready to be injected with the vaccine," he told, while monitoring the process of vaccine injection at the Cempaka Putih Puskesmas, Friday (1/15).

Central Jakarta Health Sub-agency Head Erizon Safari added, those who get the vaccine should undergo a medical examination first.

"If they have fever, high blood pressure and other comorbidities, we delay giving the vaccine," he told.

According to him, after the vaccine was given, there would be 30 minutes of observation to see if there was any effect the vaccine had on their bodies.

"If not, they can go home," he stated.
