Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicted rain with lightning and strong wind to occur in Jakarta today.

BMKG's Public Relation Head, Achmad Taufan Maulana mentioned, this morning, light rain falls in West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, and Thousand Islands.

"Beware of rain with lightning and strong wind in Thousand Islands, North Jakarta, and West Jakarta around morning to afternoon," he added, Wednesday (1/13).

In the a fternoon, he continued, light rain will fall in South Jakarta and East Jakarta.

"Light rain is also potential to fall in North Jakarta and Thousand Islands from this evening until tomorrow's dawn," he informed.

Today's temperature could reach 23-31 degrees Celsius with humidity 85-100 percent.
