Towards the turn of the New Year 2021, all Transjakarta services are confirmed to continue operating normally.

PT Transportasi Operational Director Prasetia Budi stated, the bus would start operating at 5 AM to 8 PM, according to the Governor Instruction number 64/2020 on Control of Community Activities in Prevention of COVID-19 Amid Christmas and New Year holidays.

"No change in service during the New Year's Eve. Our service is normal as usual," he expressed, Thursday (12/31).

Despite it was normal, his party continued to apply all health procedures strictly to all officers in the field and commuters at the stop amd on the bus.

"Hopefully they can comply with the applicable regulations," he hoped.
