PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) with single agenda of determining and ratifiying Work Plan and Budget (RKA) 2021 in the Main Meeting Room of PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya. One of the results of RUPSLB is to continue food security program.

This meeting was also attended by PT. Food Station Tjipinang Commissioner, Mayjen (Purn) Abdul Rahman Kadir; Jakarta Regional Secretary Temporary Officer (Pjs), Sri Haryati; Jakarta BP BUMD Head, Faisal Syafrudin; and PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya President Director, Pamrihadi Wiraryo.

"RUPSLB agreed on RKA 2021 that will be the guidelines for board directors to run the company," said Pamrihadi Wiraryo, PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya President Director, on Wednesday (12/30).

Points in RKA 2021 which has been ratified, are to continue food security program by running rice program for ASN, KJP cheap food, non-cash food assistance (BPNT), cheap markets for urban villages and modern market trading to gain more profit to support company operations.

He conveyed that the company will also continue developing private label products in collaboration with modern retailers with national distribution channels.

"Our company will also launch new organic rice and enter the salt commodity. In addition, company will continue to carry out PIBC revitalization program to improve facilities and infrastructure at PIBC and build a representative canteen," he mentioned.

Food security program will continue because it has received many benefits and positive support from the community and has proven to maintain inflation rate in Jakarta.

"Of course, good programs should be continued," he closed.
