Tegal Alur Retention Basin construction in Kalideres, West Jakarta has reached 70 percent.

West Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-agency's Flood Control Maintenance System for Clean Water and Wast
ewater Section Head, Wawan conveyed, this retention basin is as wide as 2,410 square meters and depth of 3 meters on 3,640 square meters land."This retention basin is made to overcome inundation in Lokbin Tegal Alur due to local rain and tidal flood," he said, Tuesday (11/10).
According to him, this retention walls can accommodate up to 7,230 cubic meters water to prepare for water runoff from Semongol River or tidal flood.
"We have started the construction since September and targeted it to finish in December," he closed.
