Central Jakarta Government supports Jakarta Karang Taruna which proposes for creative school program by utilizing Sasana Krida Karang Taruna Building in each sub-district.

This support was conveyed by Central Jakarta Mayor, Bayu Meghantara when receiving audience from Jakarta Karang Taruna at his office. Creative school program, he assessed, could give positive impacts to improve the lives of young people who drop out of school due to economic factor.

"We fully support the creative school program proposal," he stated, Monday (7/13).

Jakarta Karang Taruna Chairperson, Muhammad Mul mentioned, in this program, dropping out children will be trained to obtain skills in order to be entrepreneurs.

"We teach them about creative skills  to earn their own income, especially in the midst of current pandemic condition," he said.
