Thousand Islands Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security (KPKP) Sub-agency will check condition of sacrificial animals (qurban) starting from the departure piers, such as in Kaliadem Ports, Tanjung Pasir Ports, and Rawasaban Ports.

Thousand Islands KPKP Sub-agency's Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Section Head, Guyantoro conveyed, animals checking will be carried out to ensure that only healthy animals enter Thousand Islands.

"We will also examine the meat after slaughtering," he added, Tuesday (7/7).

Ahead of Eid al-Adha, his side held online training for qurban committee.

"It includes video tutorials on how to slaughter sacrificial animals properly through WA," he mentioned.
