"When operating, shopping centers should follow the applicable health protocols. Thus we visit the location to ensure its implementation," he stated.
Regarding health protocols implementation, he explained, mall's management should limit visitors up to 50 percent of capacity; ensure visitors to queue with 1-meter distance when entering mall, wear masks, and body temperature below 37.5 degrees Celsius; limit elevator's capacity up to 6 people and keep distance around three steps between people in the elevator; put 1-meter queue signs in restrooms; promote cashless transaction; limit restaurants and food court's capacity up to 50 percent; and not using carpet at musalla (prayer room).
