Thousand Islands Vice Regent Junaedi along with his ranks monitored the COVID-19 Response Team action to prevent coronavirus. That is by spraying disinfectant liquid.

Right now we focus on traditional vessels in the pier, including vessels belong to the Transportation Sub-agency and UKPD

Besides public facilities and government offices, it is also carried out on traditional vessels carrying passengers to and from Thousand Islands.

"We start from South Thousand Islands and will be continued to data collection stage related to the fluid needs that we will use to clean traditional vessels including those in North Thousand Islands," he explained.

He added the COVID-19 response team is also still on standby at the pier and checking the passengers' body temperature.

"Access in and out of the island is also still being tightened," he said.
