Jakarta Health Department opens 24-hour hotline call center at 081388376955 for residents or health workers who want to report a suspected coronavirus case.
We are ready to give fast response and provide an optimal health service for those in needs
This call center service is expected to facilitate residents who want to get further information related to coronavirus.
Since coronavirus is a new disease, Jakarta Health Department Head, Widyastuti assessed that not many people understand well about the symptoms, risks, transmission, and how to prevent it.
"Thus we are ready to answer any question regarding to coronavirus. Please ask us freely," she asserted, Monday (1/27).
In case of emergency, people or health workers can call us directly via call center 112 or 119. Her side also ensures all health centers (Puskesmas) in Jakarta are ready to serve those in needs.
"We are ready to give fast response and provide an optimal health service for those in needs," she added.
According to her, her side will conduct anamnesis for the suspects with symptoms of fever, cough, runny nose and others to ensure whether they had traveled to Wuhan, China, before or not.
"Alhamdulillah, so far we haven't found suspected cases of coronavirus in Jakarta. But we keep reminding people for not panic, but always beware of this disease by implementing clean and healthy lifestyle," she closed.
