To liven up Christmas celebration, the Jakarta Provincial Government has installed replicas of giant Christmas trees and various ornaments at three locations in the capital.
This proves that the city has brought togetherness and equality of religious communities in Jakarta
These tree replicas as high as 20 meters can been seen in Food & Creative Park Thamrin 10 Culinary, Lapangan Banteng and Istora Senayan areas.
"Its installation was done on December 18 and has been completed. Now residents can already enjoy the beauty of the giant Christmas tree replicas," said Jakarta Education Bureau, Mental and Spiritual Head Hendra Hidayat, Tuesday (12/24).
Aside that, the city urges office building managers along Jalan Sudirman to MH Thamrin to put up ornaments of Christmas and New Year.
"This proves that the city has brought togetherness and equality of religious communities in Jakarta," he stated.
