The Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commission C wants Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) to optimize Jakarta Provincial Government's fixed asset inventory.

Avoid overlapping or even buying land that is actually our own asset

Commission C Deputy Chairman, Rasyidi H.Y. mentioned the agency has inventoried asset with total value of Rp 6.2 trillion from total projection of Rp 475 trillion in 2019.

"In 2020, we want it to be improved at least 10 percent from the recent results," he asserted after reviewing further the 2020 budget priorities and preliminary threshold (KUA-PPAS) together with BPAD at Jakarta DPRD Building, Wednesday (11/13).

Commission C Member, Zuhdi Mamduhi suggested them to build an asset management system that is integrated with the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in order to avoid overlapping in managing assets.

"Avoid overlapping or even buying land that is actually our own asset," he asserted.

Meanwhile, BPAD Acting Head (Plt), Pujiono admitted his side has implemented integrated system with financial data called Regional Financial Revenue Information System (SIPKD) or Regional Asset Reclassification Information System (Siera).

"This system is still under construction. We also inform other OPDs to be careful in listing and checking all asset's data, moreover we will have Jakarta One in the future," he stated.
