Jakarta City Council's Commission D and Jakarta Dept. of Environment agreed to cut the budget of Intermediate Treatment Facility (ITF) management study at three spots from initial Rp 10 billion to Rp 6 billion.
They proposed Rp 10 billion. But after we had discussed, it was decided only Rp 2 billion for one ITF or Rp 6 billion in total
The decision was agreed during the 2020 budget priorities and preliminary threshold (KUA-PPAS) meeting on Monday (11/4).

Previously, Jakarta Dept. of Environment's Head Unit of Integrated Waste Management, Asep Kuswanto, explained his side plans to construct three ITF next year. It is based on the Regional Mid-Term Development (RPJMD).
"We need people as we get assist from Jakpro to review the ITF. That's why we propose Rp 10 billion," he closed.
