Bank DKI won the third place among regional development banks in Indonesia for excellent service category in Infobank's Banking Service Excellence Awards 2019.

Bank DKI Network Development Grup Leader, Romy Wijayanto stated, it is an advancement for Bank DKI since for the last two years, Bank DKI only won the fifth place for excellent service category.
"We are committed to improve our service quality by improving frontliner's competence to increase our customers loyalty. Besides, we will also improve digital service by adding futuristic features in JakOne Mobile and its ease of use," he explained, Friday (7/12).
This year, Bank DKI has won the third place for Best Overall Performance, the best three for The Best Customer Service Performance, third place for Excellence Service Performance of Minus E-Banking, and second place at The Best Performance of Branch Telephone for BPD category.
