Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno received visit from Korean farmers of The Korea Federation of Young Farmers Association (KFYFA).

This visit is facilitated by Himpunan Kerukunan Tani Indonesia (HKTI). Sandi expressed his interest in cooperation offered by KFYFA. One of them is related to technology utilization in urban farming program.

"This is an interesting idea of cooperation with Korea. Particularly in urban farming," he conveyed at City Hall, Thursday (4/26).

He hopes this cooperation can strengthen food tenacity in Jakarta especially in horticulture.

"As we know, horticulture products price, such as onion and chili, is always rising ahead of Ramadan," he added.

Meanwhile, Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Tenacity (KPKP) Dept. Head, Darjamuni explained, city cooperation with KFYFA will be focused on urban farming development in the future.

"We are most likely to send our young delegates to learn about technology implementation in there by September," he stated.
