SKPDs and UKPDs in Seribu Islands Regency are asked to enhance budget absorption.

"I want all UKPDs to enhance the absorption, but should obey prevailing norms too," said Iwan Samosir, Seribu Islands Assistant for Economy and Development, Tuesday (10/17).

He also asks them to check each targets to find problem in budget absorption and solve it together.

"Please check and re-check each targets, how much the absorption, find its solution but still in accordance with applicable rules," he added.

According to him, in third quarter, Seribu Islands Regency budget absorption has reached 44.67 percent. His side is optimistic to reach beyond that number by the end of this year.

"Currently, some procurements are financially not administered yet. We are optimistic to reach 80 percent," he closed.
