Qlue is quite effective to handle the citizens problem related with their environment. In fact, it still needs assistance from other agencies due to different authority.

Premi Lasari, Jakarta Head Bureau of Governmental Order, admitted 486,613 reports have been delivered to Qlue this year. In fact, urban village can not handle the report directly.

“Traffic is handled by police, flood is handled by water management agency,” she said, Monday (12/5).

Jakarta Regional Secretary, Saefullah, stated that citizens report must be responded fast. Indeed, cooperation is needed but city level must give the early prevention.

“No matter what the report, it must be responded quickly,” he stated.
